◎ Product Overview
XYB-250 high-temperature low liquor ratio overflow dyeing machine is a high-operating-platform high-efficient, energy-saving, eco-friendly high-temperature overflow dyeing machine, based on our accumulated experience in design and production and domestic and overseas new technologies of dyeing machine, with minimum liquor ratio of 1:4.5. The machine uses the up-to-date fabric-liquid separation technology, automatic mixture and even dye feeding technology of the dyeing liquor, double pendulum (front-rear pendulum and left-right pendulum) fabric-stacking system, reduces water consumption upon dyeing, and shortens dyeing time. The machine is an energy-saving consumption-reduced eco-friendly high-temperature overflow dyeing machine.
◎ Product Features
1. High operating platform and high working door
Easily check, feed and deliver the fabrics, and reduce the labor strength of delivering the fabrics.
2. Ultra-low liquor ratio
Special fabric-liquid separation technology reduces the liquor ratio up to 1: 4.5.
3. High capacity
Front-rear and left-right pendulum system stacks the fabrics orderly. The fabric capacity of each tube is up to 300kg.
4. Good fabric quality.
Due to its low dyeing liquor ratio, the fabrics carry small amount of water upon running to reduce the running weight of the fabrics, which can reduce the fabrics’ tension and friction, reduce the fabrics’ pilling phenomenon, and improve the fabrics’ surface effect. With round two-stage nozzle design, the dyeing liquor in the fabric guide tube can push and pull the fabrics, so that the fabrics run without any tension smoothly. The reduction of the height of the fabric-lifting roller can reduce the tensile stress in the process of lifting the fabrics and the folds.
5. Energy-saving and cost reduction
Dye 1T cotton with the 50T-60T water consumption, saving water above 50% than traditional dyeing machine, and aids and steam above 40%, reducing sewage treatment expense sharply.
6. High automation degree
Controlled by Germany original imported computer. Its strong formula management system, history record system and visual real-time trend monitoring system make the machine’s operation, management and overhauling convenient.
7. High reproducibility
Programmable measurable water inlet, accurate quantitative dye feeding system; fabrics cycling time control, adjustable front-rear nozzle pressure.
8. Power forced drainage, shortening production time greatly.
